Dmitrij
Tihonovic

Operator of revenue-critical systems across hospitality, finance, and business operations.

I build and run systems where pricing, cash flow, service quality, and execution discipline directly affect results. My work combines hands-on hospitality operations with practical development of tools for web delivery and property management.

Positioning
15+ years of hospitality operations, financial execution, and business systems work. Strongest in environments where variability is high, discipline matters, and the result depends on the operating system behind it. Currently developing practical tools for web delivery and property management alongside ongoing consulting and operating work.

What I do well

Execution, control, and system design.

The most accurate way to read my profile is not “general management.” It is operating execution, financial discipline, and system-level thinking applied where revenue, quality, and process actually meet.
01 · Operations & Finance

P&L through operating discipline.

Budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, pricing strategy, cost control, KPI review, vendor management, reporting, and performance improvement under real constraints.

02 · Systems & Process

Better structure, less friction.

SOP design, decision rules, corrective actions, implementation alignment, cross-functional coordination, and building operating systems that remain usable after the meeting ends.

03 · Applied tooling

Operator-built tools for real problems.

Developing practical systems for property management and web delivery, informed by years of operating needs rather than product theory. Digital assets and AI remain part of the research layer, applied only where they improve operating outcomes.

Current focus

Operating foundation first. Selected systems follow.

The priority is a clear professional presence rooted in what I actually do: hospitality operations, financial execution, and practical tool development. Selected systems appear here only when they are mature enough to add signal.

How this is structured
Layer 1 — Operating profile This site gives a clear account of what I do, what I have done, and what I am working on.
Layer 2 — Systems in development Practical tools built from real operating needs. They can stand alone later, once they carry enough operational and commercial weight.
Layer 3 — Secondary interests Digital assets, DeFi research, and AI-assisted workflows inform how I think, but they do not define the core work.
In development

Selected systems in development.

Internal systems shaped by real operating needs, shown here as they develop.
System 01

AI-assisted site prototyping engine

An internal workflow for generating tailored demo sites and moving qualified leads from prototype to production through an operator-assisted delivery process.
System 02

Property operating system

A lightweight PMS, reporting, and operating layer built from real hospitality needs, designed to simplify reservations, controls, occupancy tracking, and day-to-day management across seasonal properties.
Experience

Track record with real operating weight.

Your credibility comes from long-cycle execution, not from aesthetics alone. The timeline below is structured to show practical responsibility, sector movement, and why the current profile is broader than a standard hospitality CV.

Operating principles

How I tend to approach work.

01

Fix the constraint.

I prefer diagnosis over noise. The task is to identify where performance actually breaks, not where people feel pressure most loudly.

02

Respect the operating reality.

Budgets, staffing, demand variability, process fatigue, adoption friction, and risk are part of the system. Good decisions account for them instead of pretending they do not exist.

03

Measure what matters.

I trust outcomes that can survive contact with numbers, cash flow, execution quality, and repeatable routines — not presentation alone.

Contact
